DAMAGE AT IWO JIMA

On February 21, 1945 a Japanese suicide plane struck the U.S.S. Keokuk while off shore at the invasion of Iwo Jima.  Nineteen Crew members were killed and scores of others were injured.  Following were pictures taken of the damage done to the ship.
